We see a mess of shift from the 2D- to the 3D Cell Culture, such as spheroids or organoids for a simple reason.
Because it gives you much more physiological relevance
It's much closer to actual physiology in your body, for instance we were culturing stem cells and they were growing organoids in a 3D culture (That was really exciting to see)
